I felt this keynote would have been more interesting had I not gone to the MAXOS session yesterday. The strategies mentioned here seemed to run counter to the "MAXOS" way, which seemed to be a much better methodology to pursue.
I agree with Trent Peterson. This talk was obviously aimed at managers, specifically high-level managers in an organization with dozens if not hundreds of developers.
I feel that the ideas were presented well, and Andres is a very comfortable and engaging presenter. The ideas seemed interesting, but I don't think the talk was applicable to most of the attendees of this conference.
Agreed with many people, nothing here applicable in our 3 man team. The speaker was great and entertaining. I am left with 2 things out of this conference. 1- our management team is doing a bad job. 2- there are plenty of ideas that can sprout out of this, while we can't apply the pods or biology system thing, we can still improve our management through ideas that were said today.

Started off very disjointed, but came through at the end. I think setting the stage at the beginning of the presentation with an overview of agile processes or a few screenshots would've helped pull people in.
This was a nice attempt to turn devs into slave. So your performance goes down? No problem, you are demoted to a lower level, get paid less, and get less perks!
This was an outstanding talk that perhaps 9.375% of the developers in the crowd could relate to. Great keynote session for an audience of tech managers, not PHP developers in the trenches.
Didn't find it relevant at a dev level, this seemed geared to C-levels who enjoy buzzwords and have large teams. I'd have preferred the option of a breakout session instead, as I derived no value from this.
Very interesting presentation on how Globant structures their internal development teams and promotes collaboration between them. I did enjoy hearing about it, but was of little use to me professionally as a freelance developer. The session seemed to be aimed more at management than developers and so felt out of place at ZendCon.

This talk should have been at a conference for management. This talk was of no use to me as a developer in a 2 man team.
