Keith certainly did a great job of relating the A-Team to development teams. Man ... I can't believe the crap that we used to watch on tv.
As several of the commenters have stated thus far, it was a very inspiring talk that I feel really represented the open source spirit of sharing for improvement without discrimination.
Nice job of explaining complex graph theory in terms that the average developer can understand.
Lukas did a nice job of outlining the PHPCR specification and addressed some implementations. This is certainly a project that I will be looking out for.
David, I intentionally didn't talk much about sharding/replication/failover because it's a big topic and I wanted to cover more developer-oriented features this time.
