Great talk with deep knowledge from the speakers.

Interesting overview of amazons technologies, but to high level

+ inhaltlich einige Denkanstöße gegeben
+ nette Visualisierungen der Folien (manchmal etwas zu fancy)
+ angenehme und ruhige Vortragsweise
+ zeitlich gut abgestimmt

+ Kanban auf spielerischem Weg erklärt (Live Simulation)
+ Teilnehmer gut animiert mitzumachen
+ Zeit gut eingehalten
+ Retrospektive, Reflexion durchgeführt
+ angenehme Stimmung

Really fast, maybe too much to say in only 45 minutes. To me interesting for those who are involved also in infrastructure decisions and not only in coding.

Didn't like the talk at all... Too superficial, and even if it introduced as a huge number of inputs and interesting technologies, it was presented as a "customer satisfaction and showcase" that has nothing to do with what could interest developers.

Thanks for your feedback! I was quite eager to get the talk through in time, even though I had a lot of slides. That actually resulted in the hurry and the "machine gun" style. Will take for that next time, promised! :)
