Enjoyable presentation regarding a difficult project and how to improve morale in difficult situations.
Technical difficulties marred the presentation a little, and maybe a little more insight into how certain actions/activities on the project improved the morale, possibly some reference to the timeline on the project of how morale changed over time.

Enjoyed receiving some insight into the consultancy practice.

Great talk illustrating use of Scala services in a Magento project. Would like more demonstrative examples, but was well presented and thought provoking as to where we could use similar services in our projects.

Good talk about how to deliver in smaller chunks. Unfortunately, too much material for the time allowed, so it was a bit rushed particularly towards the end.

Great technical talk about the internal workings of git and how the references work. I thought some of the diagrams were a little bit confusing to begin with.

Great talk encompassing a good strategy for squashing commits, and writing good commit messages.

Loved the ideas and great outlook towards the future.
