I was not familiar with this topic and it seems rather complex. So, based on my lack of prior knowledge, complexity of the subject, and the length of the talk, Jeff did a good job. It was obvious he really wanted his listeners to understand. I enjoyed hearing about a topic I knew nothing about.

Great talk and touched on a ton of helpful tools. I learned a little bit about a lot, which is awesome. Also, yay LEGO!

Good content in the talk. I wish we would have had more time to get more in depth with Angular. Could have cut down a bit on the intro part and the "why", which may have given more time for the "how".

Not detailed enough for my needs. I don't want command-line, but I want real-life scenarios on why each workflow is better. Pros and cons were stated, but it wasn't delivered in first-person perspective of the developer - which is what I was interested in.

Probably the best talk all day

Good talk, coincides well with my real world experience both as interviewer and interviewee.

With practical recommendations and insightful anecdotes, Alison draws from her extensive experience in the industry to teach us that we much approach our application development with a "risk-first" mentality. I think this is a message every developer and their manager needs to hear.

A great introduction to ElasticSearch. Well-polished, well-timed talk which incorporated plenty of questions and answers throughout.
