Engaging, entertaining workshop!
Excellent workshop! Examples were easy to follow and there were helpful tips throughout.
Content and slides are great.
My two favorite slides were the "organized by technical concern" and the "organized by use case" slides.
Also I feel like packagist / composer kinda self organize based on use case. Like maybe a good mental model would be to consider every use case as an independent composer package. Like you have a Note package that depends on a Note_Add package, etc

It was a lot of fun! Hacking an actual website really really drove the items home & was super engaging. The website was also put together really well. And the leaderboard aspect w/ real time stats just added to everything.
The ideas here, are timeless, and it forces a change of focus for the better. The slides were a perfect melding with the topic and the talk itself. Thank you very much for this.
Great talk, that I now own...err...I have so much to do now.
