Ashley gave so many great, specific tips for negotiating a salary at a new job as well as being your own advocate at a current position. Salary negotiation can be such an uncomfortable subject, so it's nice to hear someone who has a wealth of knowledge speak about it plainly and give us all a shot of courage.

Good discussion during presentation. I felt that the level of complexity was just right.

A lot to cover in 3 hours. It would be nice to have an electronic handout for people with computers and other devices to download and take notes with. I spent much of my time frantically copying slides on paper so I could annotate it. Having the code in front of me would make me able to listen more and write less.

Great examples and ideas for improving or beginning retrospectives. There were structured lists of things that you can do to be successful.

Retrospectives are a great way to solve problems within your organization, but it was a little hard to follow the purpose of the games in them

Very insightful. I have used this method before as a customer & found it to be amazingly effective at laying out your development plan

The speaker seems flustered. While the slides are well-organized, the presentation itself was not very engaging. She tried a novel way of ending the presentation by recording in a retrospective document, but it felt forced and unnecessary. She also didn't leave time for questions.

It was an okay presentation. The topic looked interesting, and I would say the introduction of the POSTMAN tool is cool, but there was something missing in the presentation itself; my guess is that the presentation seemed a little too simple

It was a great way to walk through the problems being faced and the steps taken to solve them

The talk was excellent and the speaker was very knowledgeable. My only negative feedback on it is that it seemed to go a little too fast, but that could be because the speaker was so comfortable with the topic
