Talk comments

This was a very informative talk explaining all of the new features of PHP 5.4, Ilia also went into discussing features which were removed from PHP 5.4 and went on to say that 5.4 is stable so use it. He did mention one thing that will keep me from starting to use it and that's the fact that it is not yet working perfect with APC. Very nice talk, I enjoyed it a lot.

This was a great talk by Jonathan, he covered some of the things you need to watch for to keep your PHP code performing well, he also went into talking a little bit about things like Memcache and APC and how they could be used to speed up your site. Very informative and a great speaker to listen to.

I personally thing there was WAY too much self promotion during this talk. I was also really shocked that NASA has a contractor implementing solutions based on out of the box applications like Wordpress and other 3rd party solutions when they are so stuck on security. I would have thought they would have rolled their own secure PHP code.

great talk! very informative.

Excellent speaker but not enough time to present the material. Perhaps a longer session (even double length?) on Git would be worthwhile. I'd see other talks by Rick.

I really really enjoyed this talk! Very tight and well put together.

Very interesting presentation and obviously Pek has a very diverse creative background from product, gaming to web design. It motivates me wanting to do more. Great job, thank you!

5 stars. The rating for some reasons doesn't work so I have to write it out. :)

Great exercises to engage the attendees and an effective way to retain the information by doing. NICE job. Thank you!

Could have been a bit more focused on the topic of PHP in the organization; but it was still very interesting. Excellent speaker!

Overall pretty good... could have used a bit more focus on the UX/Dev bridge. But it was still interesting nonetheless.
