Agree with that analysis actually ^
This subject has always fascinated me, both from a tech and history point of view. I remembered the talk as being the full hour so well done to packing so much into 30 minutes. Would love to see a full-length "speaker's cut" version sometime in the future.
Stephen Fry was immense as ever. Kudos to Dan for arranging this one.
Loved the story of the Raspberry Pi. It's always great to hear and see people talk about things they're passionate about and that really shone through.
Loved Alan's talk - his passion for the topic is infectious and he's a brilliantly entertaining and engaging speaker. Alan if you ever get a Tardis please come back to 1985 and teach at my school ;)

I enjoyed this immensely. I know it was pre-recorded, but the video came across as being totally authentic, it was almost as if he was talking directly to me and I felt privileged to be amongst the audience. This was a real gift and one of OggCamp's magical moments. Thank you :)
A great talk and I would love to write more, but I am too busy packing my INCH kit. Good luck everyone, I hope you survive!
What she ^ said! :)
This talk was on my 'must see' list. To be honest, the subject matter was a little over my head, I'm not a hardware guy, but Nathan presented in such a manner that it was easily understandable and very enjoyable. I came away from the talk with a feeling of awe and a desire to learn more about hardware hacking. Excellent.
An excellent talk. I always find it interesting to hear about how others run and organise their collaborative projects and Jon did not disappoint. As a bonus, I even managed to grab Jon afterwards and we shared some personal insights. Brilliant.
Brilliant - Jon really is a nice guy, and it was an opportune talk for me - I've volunteered to try and help out with a project - openBMD. Once I get more settled I hope to be more productive on that project.
