Started out okay, but by the middle of the talk it was obvious she wasn't prepared and was just reading her slides. I was bored out of my mind by the end and was hopeful when her mic stopped working, but she continued on for several more minutes.

Good insights. l enjoyed the presentation.

Good background and I liked how he compared with sysv init.

Interesting, but very biased towards the eff mission (not too surprising).

Good technical depth, very knowledgeable, allowed for questions, and handled slides issue very well. Explained how to address various database issues that are common.

Clearly described the problem and tradeoffs related to the CAP theorem.

Had some practical analytical approaches to providing available services vs consistent services.

Nice explanation of timeouts.

I was extremely impressed. Robert's talk was extremely organized and well thought out. He had code examples for every step of the process and walked the audience through the whole system in a very clear manner.
