Very nice and inspiring talk. Making me proud to be a coder. Next year keynote speaker?

This is a great project! Good job, very well done!

On presentation skills, a few remarks;
- don't be nervous, we are all friends here
- don't use dark colors on dark backgrounds
- for non-native English speakers it was a bit hard to understand you from time to time. Try to articulate better.

This was interesting and entertaining. Having no experience with the Google cloud services a little bit more explanation would have been useful for me but I still found it engaging and insightful

This tool looks really interesting. Will try it out on some of my projects next week!

Always like these kind of small presentations on how to use the tools your already using. Next time a little bit more preperation can't hurt, so all examples are working :-) and you might slow down the actual click in the menu so ppl can see where you clicked.

A good introduction on how to parallelize phpunit's execution for fun and profit. I feel it could have been a bit more clear about the fact that the last example only times *startup* not the whole execution of the unit tests. There is definitely merit in the technique Mike presents though, and the presentation itself was great.

Fantastic talk. Covered lots of related areas in culture, learning, motivation with the right mixture of humour, anecdote and facts.

Please do this sort of talk at many more conferences.

Great CI/CD introduction, speaking from lots of experience and with lots of knowledge. Explained the benefits and pitfalls of various different approaches.
I would suggest explaining acronyms at least once, even if some of them seem obvious, e.g. QA, UAT...

Great short presentation on how to improve the speed of your unit tests. Never thought about doing it like this. You already mentioned to speed up the video yourself, so no further point of improvement from me ;)
