Talk comments

I have briefly looked into Bref previously but hadn't followed through with any implementation, instead opting for Python for serverless. This talk provided a lot more background and rekindled a desire to experiment with Bref.

Interesting and thought provoking

Typical wonderful talk from Chris that explains how and why the PHP Community is special and where the basis for what makes this community so unique.

Fun example problems and good communication. One example was slightly vague but we discussed as a group and resolved the intent at the end.

Really good overview of Bref and serverless as a whole. Enjoyed seeing the case studies - particularly interesting to know externals.io’S make-up. Great talk!

Pretty sure the description above isn't right... maybe that'll be changed at some point.

As for the talk itself, while the theory was fascinating it would have been useful to have had some practical examples in PHP. I'd like to think most internet-savvy people already know what 2FA is, but we PHP developers would benefit from knowing how to implement it in the applications we're developing.

Quite interesting and a very knowledgeable speaker. It's a shame that his presentation failed and we missed the last slides

Great talk. Working with similar data I can identify with the issues faced. The talk highlighted a few resources to research, I would have loved a bit more technical detail on some of the solutions.

Too basic. And a bit stupid that you are supposed to write tests for code that does not exist, so you need to write the implementation as well!!
