Good intro to key DDD concepts. Pim was good at engaging the audience, though it got a bit chaotic at times. I enjoyed the humour and speaking style, though it could seem rather combative.
Great session, enthusiastic presenter, great style. I really enjoyed doing the exercises. Keeping it simple worked well for me. Also enjoyed the group discussion at the end, some valuable conclusions.
I had some difficulty getting set up for the session but I still got a lot from it. The exercises were well chosen, and Rob gave a lot of useful background.
Great intro talk into the DDD!
This talk had great and clear theory through which we were guided in a great way, it had code examples and it had interactivity.
The humour was a nice added bonus to a great talk!
Great talk with a great door example.
Definitely going to try and implement this at work if possible.
The theory was a good intro into CLI, loved it.
The setup in this room was a little unusual to me but I think standing in the middle would have helped the audience on the right to see you better.
With the time left and the it being in the title it might be a good idea to show a small text adventure game in the CLI?
Otherwise great talk!
Very entertaining and engaging talk covering the topic and using very detailed examples with examples of the steps on how to make the code better.
Only problem would be the slides with a dark background, didn't really work with the lighting so a little hard to read but the lights were dimmed so it was better than nothing.
Very interesting to see how a project like Wordpress can actively encourage PHP users to upgrade - lots more nitty-gritty work being done that I didn't realise was happening
Very interesting talk on privacy
Would give 6 out of 5 if I could. Really awesome.
