Very well presented, lots of valuable information on password hashing and algorithms. Anthony knows what he's talking about, and it shows. I liked the style of incrementally improving the password storing solution and the fact that the attacks were shown in a practical, real-world context.
I am always impressed by how well Rowan can take very dry and boring subjects and make them extremely entertaining. Kudos!

Content was good and it was a really great overview. Might be an idea to have (more) interaction with your audience.
Nice explanation about the current state of annotations in PHP. One small suggestion: maybe inverse your audience questions for more engagement (who does unit testing? instead of who doesn't unit test?).
Guiding words and sound advice from an experienced programmer that we should keep improving ourselves by being grumpy.
