Solid intro for Vagrant+Ansible. A litte to fast in second part.
I think it will be good idea to have code view nonstop -a second screen or web page maybe.
To small code slides. Most time spent talking about company and hack weeks.

Nice presentation, but it was mostly "what's new in PHP7". From a description I was prepared for sth more advanced :). Last few slides were very interesting. Good flow!
Very nice walk through over new things in PHP7. What I was missing a little bit were more descriptive examples in the code.
