Great accessible explanation of the concepts and technology behind cryptocurrency

I really liked the trade-offs mentioned and the rationale behind doing some parts not the "pure" EventSource way. It showecased clearly a deep understanding of the Business needs and a practical approach to fulfilling them. In contrast to most CQRS/ES talks, that focus on the theory, this talk focusses on the actual implementation and problems they encountered. Good presentation style, nice pace. My only advice would maybe be to remove some text from the slides and just keep the ones that underline your thought train or point.

I agree with Stephan, that was the easiest explanation of a blockchain that I've heard. also was really nice to see that implemented in PHP!

I was unsure what to expect upfront but it turns out this talk is probably the easiest explanation I have seen thus far of blockchain and cryptocurrency. A smart move to pull this into the PHP context! It's a shame the first demo didn't work out, but the other demo's were impressive. Thanks!
