Great keynote by Elizabeth who is a joy to listen to. Community is a great topic and was covered well.
Not only is Elizabeth a great speaker, as always, but she did this on the heels of the worst travel nightmare imaginable. Thanks so much for your passion and energy, and how much you care about Open Source community.

Helgi is a very smooth, natural presenter. The information provided is helpful and I look forward to taking the time to think about ways i can implement the points he provided in his presentation in my current and future projects. He covered various techniques and pitfalls of those technigues for speeding up the UI of web delivered interfaces.

Apparently, the empty multi-configuration selection box has been a bug since about a week ago: https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-9689
The permissions-related XML configuration error stemmed from me selecting "Project Matrix Authorization Strategy" without actually granting any permissions. Despite the fact that such a setup doesn't make too much sense, it still shouldn't fail like it. I've filed that as a bug: https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-9774
