As others have stated the content and research is spectacular - the slides and delivery need polishing (and then it will be keynote worthy!) Something like this - a "how to grow your career" is an excellent addition to any conference.

I liked this as a presentation into TTD, and the demo was good. I now have a much better understanding of how it works and how I can use it.

Great talk; covered short and long polling and the pains of each and then WebSockets and how they solve the problems of polling. Funny, had demos, and examples of using each. Ran short and could've covered browser compatibility but someone asked and he answered.

I don't use flex at all so that part of the conference was of little direct interest, but Ryan did a good job keeping things interesting. He did bring up good generic information as well and wasn't presented as "you need to do it this way"

Fantastic talk, lots of great ideas I can take back on how to improve team development and skill sets. Just wish more people from my office could have been here to hear it

Very good information. Different than what I expected going in but I wasn't disappointed. Good overview of strategies for profesional development.

Very informative talk. This isn't an area I had a lot of experience with before the talk but I feel like I received a good overview. I felt it could have even gone a little longer. Good use of humor as well.

A lot of good information and tools were presented. A very nice touch was the demo of Phing, which tied together the other QA tools mentioned. Now there are no more excuses for bad code!

One of the clearest speakers at PHP|Tek11. Covered everything very clearly.

Nice talk and one I will continue to attend in order to stay up on the latest tools to insure QA in PHP code bases.

Great structure of how to improve team development and well delivered!
