This was a huge presentation - lots to take in & absorb quickly. Great high-speed fly by of how to spin up Backbone.js for your applications, though. I just wish I'd heard this right BEFORE Ed's talk about "Fattening Your JS" https://joind.in/talk/view/6517 instead of after!

Great talk, excellent simple to the point slides, and awesome energy! AAA

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one who is fed up with all the monster frameworks out there. Also, if you close your eyes and listen to Ed, you will see Jamie Hyneman from the Mythbusters.

Excellent all around, to me. Very knowledgeable, good eye contact with audience; engaged everyone in the room. Kept a good pace from beginning to end. Excellent use of examples to illustrate whatever point he was making, on every slide. Great slides; very readable, communicated message well.

Great job. Good explanations of the principles and fun presentation

Engaging talk, even when half the listeners were at least a little hungover.

Ian Barber is even better when the power system works for the whole hour! Yeah!

I enjoyed it. Puppet is something I only first heard about a few months ago. Great presentation.

I think this was a good talk. I think you ended up spending too much time on iterators and didn't leave enough time for all the other SPL topics you mentioned. Overall a good talk.
