I have to admit that I had difficulties focusing between not being able to hear Mike very well, and feeling a bit tired and overwhelmed from all the other sessions already. Therefore, I suggest to Mike, and any other speaker, to take into consideration WHEN they are presenting. For example, in the morning, when I'm more alert, I probably would not have had problems hearing him and would have been able to focus more. In the afternoon, using a mike would have required less concentration on my part to just hear him.

Also, more examples of when and also when NOT to use traits would have left me feeling more confident in my understanding of traits.

I believe the information Mike presented was very valuable, just needs a bit of tweaking to his presentation.

Awesome talk outlining the difficult waters that we must navigate when taking on leadership roles. Patrick did a great job of relating his personal experiences and providing timeless wisdom in the art of 'getting things done through others'.

Crazy amount of information. Still surprisingly accessible. High energy, readable slides, passionate presenter. Strap yourself in and learn you a regex.

I found this both informative and entertaining! Just the thing I need towards the end of day 2 when my brain is overwhelmed. Most definitely want to look into a few of those topics in more detail.

Great talk. My mind understands everything instead of testing at rubular.com to test things out and getting frustrated.

Good walk through of some bad stuff that happens naturally when you are starting out. It would have been even more compelling if it hadn't followed Rafael's calistetics talk and Liz's extensions talk.
