Very informative. Really loved how we dug into code.

Nice talk--cool to see how far PHP had come and where we're headed next. I particularly liked the graphs and data.

I enjoyed seeing how WordPress has transformed throughout the years. I also learned about some new features I wasn't aware of, like the JSON rest API, which is really nice. It was nice also to hear about WordPress's philosophy behind how they work. Overall great talk.

As a person who's only interested in getting the job done where it pertains to javascript-like functionality, I have leaned heavily on jQuery in the past, because I don't really know javascript, and every time I've tried to code "vanilla" javascript, it's been really hit or miss.

This gives me hope that we're getting closer to being able to do more with "vanilla" javascript than in the past.

Great overview of Glide-- its capabilities and how you'd use it. A lot of energy.

Might want to focus more on use considerations (server load, hosting and caching options) than belaboring the various formatting options (height, rotation, etc.), though the latter does provide an excuse for pretty pictures.

Great overview of what seems like a very useful app.

Great talk. Unfortunately the short time slot didn't allow for going beyond the basics or really explaining *why* Doctrine is worth it (i.e. encapsulating domain logic in the entities where they can be unit tested).
