I thought the title was a joke at first. When I realized it wasn't, and why, it gave me a lot to think about. I might have a hard time convincing my coworkers to not use arrays but I'm definitely going to give it a try.

Great practical tips for scaling a php application.

Lots to think about with this talk. Was already on the small, CRUD only controllers train. Didn't know controllers could be even smaller! Gonna experiment implementing this when I get back.

This talk made me realize I need to up my social media game.

Man I learned so much from this. Was like a fire hydrant of info but got me interested in buying the DDD book (the red one) and doing a deep dive.
