Was looking forward to this talk from the moment I signup to attend SunshinePHP 2016. Matt did a great job walking us through launching a project quickly and efficiently, and also introduced me to the "Ship It Squirrel". Anyone who loves Laravel, like I do, will love this talk. It really shows the power of the framework, and also gets down the key concepts when launching a project. He went into great detail about RAD and MVP, and helped me understand what those terms mean to someone who has used them on their projects. Highly recommend this talk.

The first question of this course was "who hates regex?", and I will admit I raised my hand. Didn't actually hate regex, I was just intimidated by creating them. After attending this course, it gave me a better understanding of regex and made me want to learn more about creating them. I would recommend this course for anyone who hates, or rather is intimidated by regex, because it gives you a great foundation to continue learning from after the talk. I would also recommend this talk for the person that loves regex, because it was presented well and goes over some interesting real life problems. I've been converted and will now raise my hand when someone asks "who loves regex?".

Hands down the best speaker I've ever seen.

After the talk I felt like the speaker is someone who I could be friends with. Very personable with great dialog. However, the talk had very little information. Based on the description I was expecting to learn about Symfony... and that isn't what happened. If it was just labeled "Personal development as an Engineer" then it would have been a hit.

I would recommend this course to everyone wanting to become a better developer. If you come into this course with an existing understanding of frameworks and OOP, you will love this course even more. Glad I attended this course. He even used Laravel, which is my current framework of choice.

Great course. Helped me understand authentication better and the way everything was presented it was easy to understand.

Stephanie is a very entertaining and inspiring speaker. Her personal experiences and resulting insights into team work were on point. Looking forward to seeing more from this exceptional human.

I loved that this talk contained... information! Totally in contrast to the theme of the conference which was low information density and lots of words. Saved the night. There was some places where he went too fast. Also, I not a fan of the intro. That was valuable time that could have been used to better pace things.

One of the best talks at the conference.

Demonstrated his topic very well, and was knowledgable in the topic.
