Really good talk about the proper use of language in our source code! Although I knew some of the principles put forward, the context in which they were placed them gave me a better understanding of why we should adhere to them. It was a joy seeing Anne-Julia own the stage with charisma and good puns!

Stephan’s talk brought some much needed sobriety for all the people thinking that moving to a microservice architecture will solve all your troubles and make your life easier. It however came across like a long list of don’ts without too many suggestions of how to actually do it right.

Denis’s talk was a nice and clear introduction to the messenger component. It definitely made me want to look into it further! One suggestion to make the talk even better: spend a little less time going through code examples in the beginning, so we get to the relevant parts sooner.

Really good talk! Bastian showed us many useful tools and tips for how to manage k8s configurations and how to use k8s in your dev environment, all with live demo’s! The possibilities that Telepresence has to offer stood out to me especially.
