Great presentation. Very engaging and interesting. Saw what is possible for our faculty. I wonder what is required to back up the systems we saw used and make it as user friendly to our non-technical faculty. Very engagng presenttion

Loved hearing about other help desks and that ultimately we are all facing the same issues. Being there also helped me identify the other HelpDesk folks and it was a great way to start networking.

This was a great presentation on a very interesting project. It sounds like a genuine effort to think critically about the needs and deliver an efficient and effective solution. I'm really interested in more technical details about the system and development effort, but I think they did a good job of keeping it non-technical.
