I found this session very valuable by making me aware of how helpdesk support is offered across various campuses in the system. Sharing ideas and challenges adds greatly to the general body of information and provides opportunities for collaborative learning.

Great presentation

Technically, these ladies did a great job presenting. They did a great job delivering information and engaging the audience. It was really hard to tell from the title and abstract what to expect from the presentation.

I really enjoyed this session. The discussion of using faculty buy-in to drive selection, migration, and implementation of a new LMS.

This kind of event always really makes an already great conference exceptional. Nothing short of magic.

When I saw the little dance floor and the sound system I thought it might have been nice to have some UNC Cause karaoke, but that might have turned tragic.

Very informative. Made me take a second look at this product. Was helpful to see how the pilot was implemented.

Awesome presentation

It is great to get a birds eye view like this from time to time. There are a lot of things going on at GA that I probably would have never heard about otherwise. Didn't like the format very much.
