Very good talk. Maybe covered too many topics... but very useful information. I like talks that cover everything and gives you the opportunity to look up further information later.
This talk was much better than the description would have indicated. In fact I don't believe Varnish was mentioned once in the whole talk...
Instead Samantha talked about really cool in production processes and the iterations of how she got there with massive amounts of data. It was really good to see the v1/v2/v3, etc attempts at arriving at the current destination.
She clearly defined the problem that was trying to be solved at the start. Excellent talk.
This was an excellent and eye-opening presentation. Well done.
I've only used Twig once. I wish I had seen this talk BEFORE I implemented it. Margaret does an excellent job of walking developers through how to implement Twig and make it useful. This is a great talk for anyone who is starting to use twig, or anyone currently using it. (I learned what I did wrong and why I had problems.)
Margaret is a great speaker. I love the energy she brings to the stage in each of her talks. I never miss a chance to see her speak and neither should you.
Very well done, would like to see a video recording to show to colleagues. Agree to being amazed you don't like typehinting.
Talk was well organized and ideas were solid but was more pointing out the obvious then something new.
I liked the 10 minute rule it was good.
This would be a great talk for new developers or developers who have little experience debugging.
Sorry about the lower rating but was a little too novice for this conference.
This talk was about the state pattern which I hadn't really considered useful until this talk. Several different approaches were highlighted with one seemingly simple example analyzed in detail. Creating behavioral types that represent a state and it's transitions was shown to be a powerfully effective mans to adapt to changing requirements. The speaker was very easy to understand and follow, engaging and interesting.
Very good presentation. Outlined well with a clear path all throughout.
