Great talk and well delivered. Was great to see the current status of Apigility and how it handles some difficulty aspects of REST applications in a *easy* way. Also I really liked what's is coming.
nice insight about what apigility can do. I'm looking forward to learning more of it and implementing it to existing projects
As beginner I am still not sure what it is.
You talked a lot about configuration, but I am stille not clear where to use it.
Great talk, very good as an overview of what you're able to do with vagrant/chef/puppet.
However, as a "for beginner" guide, the talk went a bit fast in the beginning.
To understand the idea, a scheme would be a helpful slide. (understanding of VMs and where vagrant comes in)
maybe some hands-on examples would shed more light too (actually see it in action)
This definately was worth it for me to help improve the way I work on certain projects.
As mentioned, there was too much typing, and some time was lost so certain things may not have been looked at. But making it a hands on workshop, was a great idea. Its easier to understand, when doing things your self, rather than just listen to a demo and lecture.
Found this session to be enriching, the second part concerning the coding practices was more interesting, but I got some new perspectives on many elements of a project cycle / and development.
I now need to practice some of these pointers given ;)
Not easy to summarize a 3 days course into one... You have the expertise for sure, as said : show it!
Few tips : improve english, be more professional (forget your friends disturbing You).
Super important topic but badly prepared. Timing, too much theory, bugs in demo app.
Good stuff, a lot of interesting ideas, but timing wasn't perfect.
Very well-prepared talk that provided just the right information about Apigility to get people interested. Also handled the Q&A very well, given some seemingly contentious questions from a couple of attendees.
