Good talk. Got me into thinking about using it.
Was quite an interesting topic. As others implied, a lil' bit too fast.
I personally don't go that far (beyond the outer rim), but talk about optimization, maaaan.

The theme was really interesting and the way it was presented was top notch. With that said I believe the presentation was moving a bit too fast sometimes and jumping backwards - forwards kinda lost me for some moments there. I believe the presenter was nervous a little but there's nothing wrong with taking a deep breath and slowing down :)
I give this a 4 star rating.
But, only because you (don't want to sound cheesy here) scratched the surface of a cheesecake and didn't talk more about history or uses of the cheesecake.
Otherwise, great implementation of the Single Responsibility Principle (cheese)!
