Great advices and food for thinking, but felt like the part of "how it should be done" was a bit little compared to the part with what are the pitfalls we usually do. Other than that, it's a must see talk.

Great talk. I liked the benchmarks and the code demos, as well as explaining the changes that were made and their impact.

Unfortunately, the highly-accented English did have an impact on the talk and made it hard to follow at times. Work on that and you should become a really good speaker, everything else was great!

This was awesome talk. Beside describing Gearman functionalities, speaker covered topic with many good advices.
