Thank you so much for yesterday. Indeed some things are not as interesting as others :), but overall a very good coverage of the examstuff.
Just booked the exam so I'll let you know when I passed it.
Furthermore: The iPad app from PHP Riot that one of the other visitors came up with (with ZCE 5.3 exam questions (€3,99)) is well worth it.
Bah, ignore the guys above. Good tutorial though a little hard to keep up at the start. Maybe a link with the bootstrap cinfig would be good next time?
Job well done, lots of material in less of time.
elaborate talk, which definitely covered the entire exam. Thanks
Great general tips (including religious arguments), but breezed over the reasoning behind some of the query optimizations, and not enough information about indexes based on those optimizations. But an otherwise informative and mostly well presented talk.
Although this workshop was really short (2 hours early) I was actually impressed with the content.
I've seen this workshop before, but in a regular presentation format. The thing that I liked most was the hands-on approach with the Silex microframework and the debug mode.
But next time you could fit it into a 3 hour session instead of a 6 hour one.
Good talk, that's why it deserves a 4-star rating. But I would also prefer a more hands-on approach.
The story telling was pretty cool, but I kept wondering when the actual "action" would come.
I was awake all day! Loved the mentos after the break. But seriously... you did a great job! It was more basic as I expected it to be, but I can see you need to have all the basic stuff really right and exam ready when taking the test.
I think I might do the certification, which I was not planning to do so before today.
Very educative on all aspects : underlying knowledge and exam tips.
Interesting tutorial. A bit (to) fast at the start. Maybe a demo package for setup will help.
