Also enjoyed the explanations of the different terms used. and where some could be defined differently between which project or team you are working on/with.

So many good tips in there, especially: lower the timeouts, of it's not finishing in ten seconds, fix the thing and not raise the timeouts.

the talk was very well put together. good groundwork points were discussed and shown. I know this can be a big topic but maybe some small examples of Windows could be included. Or at least starting areas to look in windows setup.
