Talk comments

I really enjoyed this. It is similar to what I have been doing in my design decisions already. Thank you for helping me understand that I am not necessarily incorrect in my designs. The only other comment would be to maybe make the text larger so the back of the room can see it when showing the code (or provide the repo link earlier in the talk). Would help a lot.

Thought this was a great talk and I think it helps reinforce the ongoing collaboration of a team. We are never "Done" with something, be it a feature, a process, a document. Keep the conversation going with your team.

Was a great talk and presentation, can't wait to share it with my dev team.

I heard this keynote before and it was great to hear again.

This was a really cool concept for a talk and something I feel like I can actually do by myself to help the core PHP language. :-) Awesome talk!

I really like this concept. The analogy to bridge-building was excellent. Also loved the signing as a gesture to diversity and accessibility. The slides are much too wordy, however. As a result, the text was too small to read in the back of the room (it was an unusually long narrow room) and it's quite hard to listen and try to read all the words at the same time. These seem more like slides meant as reference rather than presentation. Maybe consider removing some wording in order to focus the audience on the thing you're talking about at the time, or at least breaking up the slides and using larger fonts. Also, maybe consider using a table to do the comparisons between writing code and building a bridge instead of bullet points so the audience can more easily understand the analogy. (one thing tables are great for is comparison)

Great talk. Loved the way you built out the example. I want your vimrc settings, that was cool.

Areas for improvement:

* I think you spent a bit too much time introing yourself at the beginning.
* Speak a bit slower.
* zed - lib took me a while to figure out.

A lot of great advice.

Very informative talk with great examples. Makes me think about wanting to contribute to the PHP core.

Big proponent of organizing by use case/capability/feature myself. Great talk, TJ!
