Direct advice communicated with grit and passion on an important topic --- empathy --- which gets too little discussion. It matters so much; glad Sharon stood before the group and shared her insights.

I shut off my computer and put it away to hear every word; Jim shared his insights about open-source, its historical and present significance, and why we need to care; cogently and and with authenticity.

I knew nothing of the GraphQL standards going into this workshop and left having a sense of what that they are and some practical experience composing queries and seeing the results. Thanks for all you work putting this together!

Very powerful. Empathy is such a nebulous topic but yet the speaker was able to provide actionable advice and tips.
