Great demo and story about how NativePHP came to be. Love Shane's energy talking about how NativePHP works. I'm excited to see where it goes.

Alena does a great job explaining each step of the process. It's nice how she leads through the process of testing, informing you about the different trade-offs along the ways. Her experience as a teacher shows in her presentational style.

Chuck is pioneering and advocating for improved accessibility with CLI tools and this talk definitely helps accomplish that goal. He shared a variety of actionable and practical suggestions for CLI development, and shared some of the challenges when it comes to accessible interfaces with focus on screen readers. Shared some of the prior art and groups working in this area as well. Great talk!

I really enjoyed the audience interaction—it made the session engaging and dynamic.

A few suggestions on structure and delivery:

- Talk structure: The overall flow could benefit from a bit more structure or clearer transitions between sections to help the audience follow along more easily.
- Room logistics: Consider placing candy in a bowl rather than passing around bags to minimize distracting crinkle noises.
- Slide presentation: It might be helpful to adjust slide design with projector display limitations in mind—especially around contrast and visibility in various lighting conditions.

Thanks for the thoughtful presentation! Looking forward to more.

Great introduction to the state of the world in terms of secrets management and an overview of the workflow needed to better handle these threats, not only with the traditional solutions, but with an even better path forward. I took so many notes of things to go pull the links out of the deck when it's uploaded to view/read.

Very insightful talk, I have never encountered a methodology focused around analysis of class constructor dependencies to determine complexity and "gravity" of a given type/class. Will be very curious to follow the potential open-source availability of the tool which Damien developed as part of Exakat in the future. I found the visuals to be helpful to follow the various concepts and gotchas shared. Appreciated the level of technical depth!

Im really glad we are talking about REST and HAL. I was a skeptic at first but after using it and implementing it client-side, I have to say, it's the way to go! Good job!

This was a cool deep dive into optimizing php. There were so many tips that I could apply that were both unobvious but simple to solve. The cumulative effect was quite incredible. Great work Florian!!

Thanks for the talk. I had a basic understanding of how to use Rector but this gave me a good refresher and explained several gaps in my knowledge.

This talk really shone a spotlight on Rector and all it can do
