Very useful for helping me plan a much needed upgrade from 5.6.
Interesting talk, delivery and pace were good. From a PHP dev perspective (with little knowledge of modern JS stuff) I was initially confused about service workers as I didn't realise they were different from WebWorkers. It would have been helpful if there was an introduction slide which explained the differences.
For some reason Bastian's talks are always about topics I'm very excited about.

Good speaker, ideas were well layed out. Would have appreciated more code examples and a more practical approach when it comes to code examples.
PJ is a rock star, because he is a good speaker and actually plays rock music.
Loved the Ruby references, because it shows that other communities have the same struggles, similar values, similar goals.

Gary is a true keynote speaker, although he'll be too modest and tell you he's not. I love his down to earth conversational style.
