Interesting topic, good slides, good speaker.
Some technical issues (bad sound) kind of ruined the talk...
I also didn't always agree on some issues and have seen Derick give better talks...

Great talk, really enjoyed it, very inspiring and spot on on a lot issues developers deal with on a daily basis.

Very good sponsoring this :-). I liked it a lot, talked to interesting people and even got the chance to promote PFcongreS to some people.

I liked the presentation but didn't see a lot of benefits to start working with Windows Azure.
Nice way of "fixing" Wordpress. To bad it was not contributed to the community but to Microsoft.

I really have to find out some things I've heard here. Very interesting talk about how to test your projects.
Nice way of speaking and funny to listen to (although the interaction was not as much as Lorna would have wanted :-))

Although me and regexes will never become good friends, it's good to know about how to improve the performance of a regex.
I've had a brief introduction on another event, but the full talk was really Illuminating.

Very good presentation. Dependency Injection is an item to really think about. I would love to here more about Symfony once :-).

Very good explanation of how a community (should) work and how and why you should contribute to that community.
Second time I heard Derick speaking and liked it as much as the last time on PFcongreS.

Wow. this guy is so funny and he even knows very good where he is talking about.
Very good presentation and easy to understand.

I agreed with most of the points in his presentation and I hope a lot of developers as well as managers and even people at C-level will think about this presentation and work on it in his company. It would be so much better if we all (at least) respect each other and let every one be responsible for his part of the project.

In general Cal is fun to listen to and is a great authority in our profession.
