Good talk, escpecially for the uncon track. Learnt a lot and the discussion afterwards was enlightning :)
Since Ramon won the uncon last year, I had high expectations for his talk. And he sured delivered!
A fantastic mix of new insights, great examples and a funny story lead to one of the best talks of the conference and certainly the best one of day 2, in my opinion. Ramon is a very good speaker and really brings this story. Absolutely loved the talk!
My advice: invite this man to speak (keynote?) at your conference or meetup. I'm confident you will not be disappointed!
Perfect introduction into regular expressions, some history and then a deep dive into the concepts!
The experience that the speakers has adopted during his career as developer / manager summarized in this awesome talk.
We will certainly discuss the slides on the next dev meeting!
Great talk to start the day! And i'm really impressed of the work that has been done for the L2 cache!
Overall a smooth ride. Two minor things: I didn't have a vegetarian sticker and a colleague of mine wasn't registered for the socials while he should have been. Not entirely sure where that went wrong (could have gone wrong while booking). Of course everything was taken care of fine by the organization!
Talk and examples where nice, bit commerical tbh
I had seen the slides but with the talk it helped me wiring all the things together.
I have been playing around with Puli and i certainly will adopt it in future projects :)
Interesting concept and guidelines, will try them out and push further in or development team!
Totally love the raffle, but to speed things up a bit more using a raffler (Ramon de la Fuente seems to be good at writing them) instead of hand-drawn tickets might be a wise decision. Saves a great deal of time getting people to/from the stage.
Jeophpardy was really nice as well.
Also, it's really great that you show the after movie (rough edit) during the closing ceremony. Great way to recap the event.
