You really did cover practically everything there is about it.
I do not agree with others about the speed. It was fine for me - you gave the basic principles and reasons for the current step, and then moved on to the next.
Maybe a workshop where you would go deeper into some example for each of the techniques would help to ditch the speed "problem".
