Great talk. I loved the humour. One was amused.
I loved the fact that you addressed why diversity in tech is important. So many people say things like "We should have more diversity in tech", but very few give reasons as to why it is important. I thought your slide towards the end with all the reasons was great.
Slides were good.
Delivery was excellent.
Great presentation. Lots of good tips. TIL that not all name fields are the same.
Good clear slides.
I hope this is the first of many talks!
Have always wondered what the tech was behind this, thanks!
Really great talk! I will try detaching myself from my phone a little more often. "All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us (by not spending it all on my phone)"
It's committed to memory now, thank you!
Really funny, would love to see this grow somehow! Thanks for sharing.
Really nice talk with those bit of extra detail that people will usually miss.
Well served slides, nice graphics and nice real life example!
Great delivery and if I had one point, it would be to reference directly to composer's website on how to set the version restrictions and SemVer's website for general reference on Semantic versioning.
An interesting talk in terms of subject, coming from an experienced software engineer (with all the wisdom that comes along)
Most of it comes down to understanding what you are doing, instead of just doing it!
Nice slides, good topic, but felt that it needed some better explained examples per concept to be fully understood (with a bit more content on each slide).
And as such, as this was a lightning talk, it would probably benefit from less sub-topics with that bit of extra info on each of them (as other co-attendees suggest as well).
Nice quick talk with clear suggestions on practices that developers might miss and their importance.
Regardless if you were already aware of them or not.
Great slides, nice pace and informative.
