It was missing the price aspect and comparaison with traditional hosting solution.
It was many only missing a final overview of different alternative per type (iaas ,paas)
Some interesting examples and demos, slides were very well done.
The flow of the presentation seemed to bounce around from time to time between commentary and presentation, but very good at engaging the audience and answering questions.

I would like to see tools in actions.

Few interesting fact could be interesting like how much time does it take to set up, how much time take each task...
