Eli efficiently and comprehensively covered the effective use of iterators in just the right depth. Best talk of the conference thus far! I fear the punishing drinking games he may come up with in the future.

Elizabeth is a great presenter, gave us a great look into Github's culture and goals, and really expanded my perception of what I could use it for.

I've worked in CakePHP before, and I really like working within frameworks. John did a great job of making sure we were looking at actual live code examples for projects he's been working on. Wish he'd had two hours instead of just one.

Good talk! I was wanting to 'catch on' to what the Laravel ''hype'' was all about. This talk was a really great introduction to what Laravel is, and why people are excited about it. It would have been nice perhaps if the talk had diven into some more full application dev stuff. But I'm guessing that might have needed a tutorial length talk. Or the speaker to move much more quickly.

Great presentation! Loved the personality that was put into this presentation and it really gave me something to think about in the methods that I use in programming. I do still think that there is something to be said for not reinventing the wheel but that point was also made so this was a really great evaluation of the development world as it is today.

Good presentation of what happens in MySQL queries so we can have a better understanding of it. The problem that I had with it was that there wasn't really much of a take away on this. When I go to a conference such as this, I want to come away with ideas and methodologies for improving my development but I didn't get much of that from this presentation. It would have been nice if a little less time was spent on the problem and more spent on the solution.

Good introduction to DI. I struggle with seeing the benefit of DI and this did help me get a better understanding of the concept. I was hoping to get more information on the benefits but since that wasn't really the purpose of this presentation I can't really mark you down for that.

I really enjoyed this presentation.

For me, this was the most engaging presentation of the day. Great content, good balance of instruction vs. examples/application.
