I really didn't know you could do all these things with composer. I learned a lot.
It was a good listing of existing tools. Maybe give more details on how these were used to solve the cases. Don't call it "war stories".
Extremely well presented, relevant and useful content. 5/5 - would watch again.
Nice stories from the "old days" (and you must have experienced them, to fully understand and love).
Wasn't so excited about the Sensio Desktop though, sorry, but certainly a nice initiative for some.
As to the speaker: fabpot-style!
Wouldn't say that I am a forms guru now, but gave good insights into the different aspects of presentation in sf2 forms
Speaker had good presentation skills.
A bit more hands on with symfony would have been good, but the talk gave a good understanding of the concepts behind RESTful applications.

Good talk though you had to have a good understanding of security concepts, role based access models, etc. So i can imagine not easy for everybody.

Normally you don't care about stuff like that, but presentation gave a good insight into the serializer component. Might have been a bit shorter but had to fill the whole 50 minute slot I guess.

Nice case study. Not knowing eZ publish at all, the talk was accessible enough for me. Maybe add a small eZ publish demo.
