What I really enjoyed was the fact the all the fundamentals of PHPSpec have been nicely laid down by Jakub. Very essential and a good job done in spreading the word about best practices. Loved it!
Good tips on infrastructure and architecture - a fresh look at things
I mean you got to love the dynamic duo of these BDD superheroes. I just hate the fact that every time they talk, they give you these inspiring game changers and all you want to do is to grab the nearest keyboard and just do it :) Loved the presentation - that was definitely the best one that day, thank you guys!
A total underdog but I think one of the best presentations that day. Really influential and inspiring. It touches everything about developers nature that I was thinking about and now it feels like such a relief that someone had the same experiences and has wrote it down in a form of presentation. Thank you Rowan, awesome talk!
Rowan is very good in recognising the human in developers. The best talk of the whole conference, till the next one!
I think this talk would have worked better simply as a general introduction to xdebug. As someone who uses xdebug frequently, I was hoping for more insights into effectively using it with Symfony. Still, great to hear it all from the horses mouth.
I liked this talk and it was well presented. But, given the available time, I'd have condensed the history-of-pipes segment and talked more about Rack and how it influenced Stack. That said, it piqued my interest enough to go and read more.
Well presented engaging talk - the points about professional tools were well made, and I might even give vimtutor a whirl. I speak as one who accidentally launches vi every know and then and has to google "HOW DO I EXIT THIS F***ING THING". But I will try.
Not so much new things for me, anyway everything was good explained. Really a practical talk
A very good lively talk which I really enjoyed. The part about middlewares was very motivational and I think you could see creativity sparks flying in the room at that point. Well done with going from basics to more complex stuff, awesome job!
