Nice overview of using the PHPUnit db testing extension.

Fast-paced, packed with info. Could have slowed down w/ more elaboration, e.g. a practical example? Also info about how to set up the environment for this kind of testing. Presentation assumed a sophisticated prior understanding, which may have left some people behind.

Title of talk was somewhat misleading, also the remote aspect was unfortunate.

I've seen this talk before a couple of times, but it's still fun to attend: It reminds of me of the awesome PHP community I'm operating in myself, and reminds me of the reasons I do the things I do.

This is, and perhaps will be, the most informative session of the entire event. I enjoyed learning about the history of PHP and the community around it. Though C code is far above my comprehension, it was nice to get a glimpse of what the PHP engine was up to. You have an excellent, amiable demeanour, and that shines through when you speak. The numerous, uproarious laughs throughout proved it.

High energy! Great for staying awake after lunch. :/
