Doing live demoes is the hardest thing to do when doing a presentation. IF you're doing it... practice, practice, practice and try to rule out any risk you could run into.
The fact that things went wrong made that you could not get your message across unfortunately in my opinion. That's really a pity, because it's absolutely an interesting subject and you have the skills to get the message across!

Interesting stuff.

This talk was outstanding. He had important metrics about how browser performance overhead works, and how to minimize each of them.

Enthusiastically presented with real world insights and simple-to-understand examples.

I, admittedly, come at this from a managerial perspective but I found this talk useful and insightful.

It was very well presented, but this was more like a beginner git class. I'm sure there were beginners in the class who drew more from it than I did, but I personally didn't gain anything useful besides a couple commands and switches.
