Great job by Enrico on breaking down what Middleware is and how security can be easily applied at a global and granular level.

Cal once again shows his props as a great speaker. Always enjoyable and keeps the audience involved, even if they don't want to be. I recently moved from a senior developer to managing the team. So now I manage my peers. Would have loved to get some advice or thoughts on how to make/manage that transition.

Lots of great advice on helping team members succeed. Favorite line: "If you call your people resources...they get to call you overhead" perfect. In the same vein, "don't refer to your team as "my people"... you are not their king. They are people on your team.

Good information on using the toolkit with RPG programs. If time allowed would love to have seen a live coding example of how to call an RPG. I, being an PHP developer and totally new to the RPG side, would have gained a lot more insight.

Class started late and I had to leave. Not blaming the instructor just putting all notes on the board

Nice guy. Well conveyed. I liked the focus on being part of a larger team. The crew member analogy made sense.

Very interesting

It was interesting. A couple of examples of past security screw-ups. Since this is a dev conference - it could use some detailed info (source code would be nice).

One of the best talks of the 3 days. Great PHP examples along with the discussion.

Very deep coverage on the topic! Showed some tools that are new to me!

Live demo's are always hard; most of the talk was quiet, waiting for services and and installations.

Ahmed's got a great voice for presentations, just need to do more prep and tighten the content up so the audience isn't spending so much time waiting.
