The big bang approach is the easy way, but it is not really applicable for large applications. I would have been happy to see both ways explained : strangler and big bang.

Very useful applying the same application examples to different patterns, giving a good example of when and where to apply.

I liked. All basics and more advanced examples was presented. Short, clean, valuable presentation.

Great opening with nice tool presentation

A good talk with lots of tips and tricks to improve your phing usage. After a brief introduction to phing, the talk covered several aspects, including how to keep your build files well organised, how to create custom phing tasks in PHP and setup jenkins integration.
Considering the composer setup, you could perhaps also show how to let composer and phing work together using the composer post install/update command.
