Examples and explanations can be improved...
Wow!! This talk was amazing, I loved how Samantha showed the different iterations of the problem she was solving and why it didn't work. It was so fascinating I thought I had just sat there for 5 minutes when it was over. Thank you!!!
Best talk I've seen in a while. Wim talked with passion and showed us real client stories making the entire talk come alive and efficiently and funnily pointing out things we should keep an eye out for with clear visuals when needed to explain the concepts further. I'd change nothing in this talk. Thanks!!
Great overview of technology used in the frontend. There was a bit too much text on the slides and IMO the history part could be spiced up with adding a *why* to the how. What it used to be like and why we chose to introduce new things...
All in all though: A great overview of what there even is in the frontend world which makes the "I don't know what I don't know" problem solvable and this gives a basis for people to dig into the different technologies you mentioned.
Thank you!!
Great inspiring keynote motivating people to be ththe community.
Very interesting talk and very well presented. It was nice to see how the solution evolved through the different iterations.
Just one thing to improve, the syntax highlighting on code example slides was a little bit hard to read. Maybe use some other colors to add more contrast. But other than that it was a really great talk and I enjoyed it a lot.
it was awesome!
Awesome and inspiring keynote, really adds an "you can do it!" Mentality that is often needed when people are struggling with legacy code bases. Taking it one bite at a time is great advice. Captivating as always with an extremely passionate speaker.
One thing to possibly think about for Larry: Passionate and funny as it was, at one point the screaming hurt my ears. I'd check just how loud the sound system is before screaming into the mic. Minor thing though as there was only one or two screams which added to the passion of the talk. Thanks! :) <3
