Loved the actual demo!
That's what made it stick as really being dead simple.
(saw both your talks and this one seemed a lot more relaxed!)
One minor point of critique: try and keep your sentences and breathing in check, it really seemed like you had to rush your words and gasp for breathing room once in a while ;)
(and check out http://www.ansibleworks.com/ ;o))
Good talk.
One thing that bugged me during the presentation: if rollouts are to be made 'easy-peasy-1-2-threesy' than why the anxiety during a live rollout? :)
Other than that: good talk!
As i mentioned to you after the conf: it was an excellent talk. Well rounded with humor, in depth explanations and your own take and experience shined.
As with your previous Amsterdam PHP meetup talk on 'Your code sucks' you're an inspiration to preach to the 'own coworkers' :)
Good talk. I liked the fact that it seemed pretty 'down to earth'. It was an easy intro that everyone could start doing the next day.
Some actual feedback: i have to agree with your collegue: it was clearly your first talk for such an audience. Try and calm down whilst speaking ;)
other than that: it was a good talk and supported my enthusiasm on vagrant :)
Good talk, just a little short.
Being such a abstract subject i would have expected a more coherent set of examples. Now some of the proxy variants used entirely different use-cases where i expected one example to be changed / altered to another.
Also the diagrams and code were hard to read (but that could have been the screen?)
In short: it got me thinking but also got me confused at the same time ;)
